7. Payment, Security, and Legal Notices

7.1. Transaction Data Protection (2.1.6.)

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and other security standards.
At no point are payment card details stored on our servers or accessible to our system.

7.2. Refunds (2.1.8.)

In case of product returns and refunds to a customer who has previously paid with a payment card, whether partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, KASTM-SHOP DOO BEOGRAD is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, and DinaCard payment methods, which means the bank will, at the merchant's request, return the funds to the cardholder’s account.

7.3. Currency Exchange Statement (2.2.4.)

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD).
Prices displayed in other currencies are for informational purposes only, using the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
The amount charged to your payment card will be converted to your local currency at the exchange rate applied by your card organization or issuing bank, which is unknown to us at the time of transaction.
As a result, there may be a slight difference between the price displayed on our site and the amount shown on your bank statement.

7.4. VAT Status

KASTM-SHOP DOO BEOGRAD is not in the VAT system.
