1. Shipping

1.1. Delivery Area
We currently ship only within the Republic of Serbia.

1.2. Order Processing Time
All t-shirts and products are printed on demand.
The average processing time is 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.
During holidays or peak periods, processing time may be extended.

1.3. Shipping Time and Costs
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

1.4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if available).

2. Right to Cancel an Order

2.1. No Right to Cancel Without Reason
In accordance with Article 27 of the Serbian Consumer Protection Act, the customer has no right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days because all our products are made to order and physically produced only after the order is placed, based on a predefined design.
This is considered a product made to the customer’s specifications.

2.2. Exception
The right to a refund or replacement remains in cases where the product is faulty or does not match the order description (see section 3).

3. Complaints and Refunds

3.1. Grounds for Complaints
Customers have the right to file a complaint if:

  • The product has visible damage

  • The print or design significantly differs from the order

  • The wrong model, size, or color was delivered

3.2. Complaint Procedure
The customer must notify the seller within 8 days of receiving the order via email at office@kastm.com or through the contact form on the website.
Please provide the order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.

3.3. Resolution Time
The seller must respond to the complaint within 8 days and resolve the issue within 15 days by replacing the product or issuing a refund.

3.4. Refund Method
In case of refunds for orders paid by payment card, the refund will be processed exclusively through VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, or DinaCard systems, returning the funds to the account associated with the card used for payment.
