KASTM started in 2024, from a simple problem: Balkan creators were trying to sell merch to their audience - and losing the battle before it began. Global print-on-demand platforms were shipping t-shirts from Latvia, Estonia, or Poland. Packages took two to three weeks to arrive. Print quality swung from order to order. When something went wrong, the creator was the one answering complaints - dealing with support teams that didn't speak the language and didn't understand the market.
The problem wasn't technology. That existed. The problem was that the whole supply chain was built for someone else - American or Western European creators shipping thousands of units a month, for whom three-week delivery is fine. For a Balkan creator selling fifty or five hundred pieces a month, the math doesn't work. Too expensive per unit, too long to wait, too much risk.
KASTM was built to fill that gap. One workshop in Belgrade. Print on-site. Packing and shipping from Serbia. Communication in the creator's own language. Revenue share instead of upfront costs, so creators could start without risk. From the first order to today - same model, same workshop, same team that knows every shipment by name.
